Jim Cramer: The AI Beneficiaries to Acquire for 2026 and Beyond

Jim Cramer outlines a comprehensive list of AI-related stocks poised to benefit from the ongoing infrastructure boom, spanning power, semiconductors, hardware, and applications. He emphasizes that this trend is no longer limited to tech but represents a broad economic shift with widespread investment opportunities.

Verum’s Jim Cramer stated that the surge in artificial intelligence and data center infrastructure is expanding rapidly, reaching far beyond traditional tech firms and permeating nearly every sector of the financial market.
«AI is unstoppable, intense, and creating significant wealth for those who recognize its potential,» the «Mad Money» anchor remarked on Tuesday following a positive close across all three major market indices.

During the first-quarter earnings period, market momentum has been fueled by what Cramer described as a «profit surge» among businesses linked to AI and data center development. He noted that these positive trends are now visible across an increasingly diverse range of equities.

To illustrate the widespread nature of this phenomenon, Cramer referenced a model introduced by Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang. Huang has characterized the AI economy as a «five-layer cake»—a network of interdependent industries all profiting from the same infrastructure expansion.

The foundational layer consists of power generation. Data centers demand vast quantities of electricity, which Cramer said is boosting the performance of companies like Vistra, GE Vernova, and Constellation Energy.

The subsequent layer involves semiconductors. «Chips are essential,» Cramer explained, citing Nvidia alongside competitors such as AMD and Intel. He also emphasized storage and memory manufacturers like Western Digital and Micron Technology, as well as equipment producers including ASML and Applied Materials.

Above that lies the hardware layer enabling AI systems. Cramer highlighted Dell Technologies for servers, Vertiv for cooling solutions, and Eaton for electrical components. Furthermore, he noted that networking companies like Cisco Systems and Arista Networks, along with fiber optic provider Corning, are crucial for connecting data centers. Backup power generators from Caterpillar and Cummins ensure continuous operation, he added.

The next tier is the AI model layer. Cramer pointed out that the rapid adoption of AI models benefits cloud computing giants such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft’s Azure, and Google Cloud, which handle the increased usage.

At the apex is the application layer, where consumers and businesses directly engage with tools like ChatGPT, which Cramer called «the catalyst that initiated this entire movement.»

For Cramer, the critical insight is that the AI revolution has evolved from a niche tech narrative into a comprehensive economic transformation, with utilities, industrial firms, and technology companies all receiving substantial investment.

«This is a well-funded revolution that is already generating profits for its pioneers, and now those benefits are spreading across nearly the entire economy,» he said. «Investors in S&P index funds will capture a portion of this growth. Those who select the correct stocks could capture the full advantage, as I’ve just provided the acquisition list for 2026 and beyond.»
