Wait, Did the Galaxy S25 FE Just Get $150 Cheaper? (Yes, It Did)

If you were waiting for a sign to buy the S25 FE, this is it.

You can currently get the excellent Samsung Galaxy S25 FE from $492 at Amazon or $500 at Best Buy . While this may not be the record-low price of $425 we saw in February at Best Buy, it still represents a solid $150-plus discount. The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE has held fairly strong at $650 in recent weeks, outside of carrier offers involving trade-ins or new lines. As such, this kind of deal is worth your attention.

That said, if you do want to connect this phone to AT&T or Verizon right away, you can save an additional $100 at Best Buy, bringing the price down to $400. We don’t know the expiry for the price cut, so if you do want to pick this up, you’ll need to be quick to avoid missing out.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is designed as a more affordable entry into the Samsung Galaxy S25 lineup. Its list price is $150 lower than the standard Galaxy S25 smartphone, though its size is more comparable to the S25 Plus with a 6.7-inch wide display. It offers a lightweight design with a slim profile and is made with a sturdy aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass Victus Plus.

CNET’s Mike Sorrentino tested the Galaxy S25 FE and found the software features, such as the AI-powered text calling, to be standouts. Text Call lets you text your response on a voice call and have Samsung’s robotic voice read it out loud. Sorrentino found it to be a helpful feature when trying to get through voice-activated menus. He also noted that the phone has a «solid-performing processor» that launches apps quickly and could handle games like Fortnite well, even on high graphics settings.

Why this deal matters

The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is a relatively recent release, having hit shelves last fall, so this is a great chance to score a new smartphone at a deep discount.
